Property Management Division

Tunica County CDC Property Management Division is the fastest and most recent business venture for the nonprofit. Beginning with the Tunica County CDC Board Director’s developing the 12 unit Robinsonville Apartment Complex for low income families in 1997; the division has since expanded and includes the 32-unit, multi-family Tunica Court Apartment Complex.
