Affordable Housing Program

Tunica County CDC owns and operates the 12-unit Robinsonville Apartment Homes which serves as an affordable, multi-family housing development. Since 2008, the nonprofit has developed more than 60 single family homes with financing from USDA-Rural Development, Hope Community Credit Union, and several government-backed mortgage companies. Tunica County CDC housing program has contributed more than $6 million in developing real property in the community.
