Development

Since its inception, TCCDC has been engaged in the development of both single and multi-family housing. In an effort to meet the needs of citizens of Tunica County, our development projects are inclusive of all income types and levels.

Our newest development project is that of the Orchard Subdivision in Robinsonville, MS. In Phase I of the project, TCCDC will develop the Oscar Price, Jr. Estates. The multi-family development is eight duplexes consisting of 16-units of healthy and affordable housing.

In the Phase II of the project, 24 lots will be available for single family development.
