Orchard Subdivison

In 2015, Tunica County CDC optioned 22 acres of property from the Mississippi Home Corporation. The foreclosed property includes 24 single family lots and 14 acres of undeveloped land. Tunica County CDC will develop 16 units of affordable housing with HOME funds awarded by the Mississippi Development Authority.
