Alpha Creek Subdivison

Alpha Creek was the first subdivision developed in northern Tunica County where African-Americans were afforded the opportunity to purchase a home. The nonprofit developed the 33 single family homes in the Robinsonville Community using HOME Investment Partnership Grant funds awarded by the State of Mississippi Community Service Division. Each family received more than $25,000 in grant funds to assist with down payment, closing costs, and reduction of principal. The subdivision was complete in 2012.
