Jack’s Subdivison

In 2010, TCCDC developed five single-family homes in the Jack’s Subdivision with USDA-Rural Development providing finances and HOME Investment Partnership Grant funds used to assist with down payment, closing costs and reduction of principal. The subdivision was complete in 2010 making 5 families proud home owners.
